Think of a project as a template that can be used multiple times to generate different versions or iterations of your work.
Jobs
A job is a specific instance of content generation within a project. Each time you run a project, it creates a new job with:
Unique outputs (PDF, LaTeX, Overview)
Timestamp and version information
Generation settings used
Processing history
